  • Solder Paste Application & SMT Placement

    Using precision stencils and automated high-speed pick-and-place machinery, we accurately mount surface mount components onto the board, preparing them for the multi-zone reflow oven.

  • 3D AOI & Quality Inspection

    Every surface-mount board passes through our advanced 3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems. This instantly verifies component orientation, value, and solder joint integrity to strict IPC-A-610 standards.

  • Through-Hole Integration & Wave Soldering

    If your design requires mixed technology, our skilled technicians hand-place through-hole components before securing them via highly controlled wave or selective soldering processes.

  • Final Testing & Dispatch
